COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The students will learn the value of sportsmanship and teamwork. They will develop physical fitness, endurance, strength, and flexibility through exercise. Knowledge and skills of team games will also be learned.

A. List basic rules of play for team games.

A. Can list a variety of lifetime sports. (examples include: bowling and golf)
B. Analyze the relationship between fitness activities and heart disease.
