Sending an Automatic Response to e-Mails When Gone

•Your computer must be on and Entourage turned on in order to make this work.

•You'll need to enable to the rule when you're gone and remember to disable when you return.

Go to Tools—Rules

Click on Mail (Exchange) Tab
Now click on New

Give a name to your rule and save criterion as shown below. Click on OK

Now each time you want the rule on or off you need to remember to go to your Rules and check or uncheck your newly created rule.
